These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Winson Traventures Ltd ("the Company"). By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

本《条款与细则》适用于所有透过 Winson Traventures Ltd（"本公司"）进行的预订。完成预订即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本条款与细则。

1. Booking & Deposit / 预订与订金

An initial deposit is required to secure your place on a tour. The deposit amount will be stated in the tour itinerary or quotation.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable, except where a refund or transfer is expressly permitted under Section 2.
Once the group minimum is reached and the tour is confirmed, the remaining balance (up to 100% of the tour fee) must be paid promptly, and no later than three (3) months before departure.
Failure to pay by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, and any amounts paid will be treated in accordance with Section 2 below.
报名时需支付订金以确认名额。订金金额将于行程表或报价单中列明。
订金一经支付，恕不退款，惟第2条明确允许退款或转让的情况除外。
当团组达到最低人数并正式确认出团后，须尽快支付剩余团费（最高可达团费的100%），并最迟于出发前三（3）个月付清。
如未能在规定期限内完成付款，预订可能会被自动取消，已支付款项将依照下方第2条处理。

2. Traveller Cancellation / 旅客取消行程

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the Company in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal notification will not be accepted. The Company reserves the right to assess each cancellation request individually and to make the appropriate arrangements accordingly.

如需取消预订，须以WhatsApp或电邮书面形式通知本公司，恕不接受口头通知。本公司保留就每宗取消申请个别评估，并作出相应安排的权利。

Cancellation Before the Tour Is Confirmed / 行程确认前取消
You may choose to transfer your deposit to another tour organised by the Company, or forfeit the deposit as per Section 1. Deposit transfers are valid for one transfer only, unless otherwise approved by the Company.

您可选择将订金转用于本公司安排的其他行程，或依第1条规定放弃订金。订金转让仅限一次，除非本公司另行批准。

Cancellation After the Tour Is Confirmed / 行程确认后取消

Once a tour is confirmed, cancellations are not refundable. If you are unable to join the trip, your only option is to transfer your booking to another traveller.

行程一经确认，取消恕不退款。如您无法参加行程，唯一的选择是将名额转让给其他旅客。

Once a replacement is confirmed, a small administration fee will be charged, and any non-refundable items (including flights, train tickets, or name-specific services) will be deducted from any amount passed on to you.

在确认替代旅客后，将收取少量行政手续费；任何无法退款的费用（例如机票、火车票或实名制服务等），也将从转交给您的款项中扣除。

If no replacement is arranged, all payments made will remain strictly non-refundable and cannot be applied to another trip.

如无法安排替代旅客，已支付的所有款项均不可退款，也不能转用于其他行程。

If your visa application is rejected before departure, you may cancel your booking. However, any costs already incurred by the Company on your behalf — including visa processing fees, flights, permits, accommodation, or other non-refundable arrangements — will not be refunded.

如您的签证申请在出发前被拒绝，您可以取消预订。惟本公司已代您支付的费用——包括签证手续费、机票、许可证、住宿或其他不可退款的安排——将不予退还。

3. Cancellation by the Company / 本公司取消行程

The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to insufficient participants, natural disasters, political instability, civil unrest, government travel restrictions, pandemics or public health emergencies, airline disruptions, or any other force majeure event.

本公司保留因超出其合理控制范围的情况而取消行程的权利，包括但不限于人数不足、自然灾害、政治动荡、社会动乱、政府旅行限制、疫情或公共卫生紧急事件、航班中断，或其他不可抗力事件。

If a tour is cancelled by the Company, you may choose either:

A refund of all payments made, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred; or
A transfer of your booking to another available tour, with no additional service charges.

如本公司取消行程，您可选择：

退还已支付的所有款项，惟需扣除已产生的第三方不可退款费用；或
免费转用于其他可参加的行程，无需支付额外服务费。

4. Changes to Itinerary / 行程调整

The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transport arrangements, or route — including the departure date — where necessary due to weather, safety, local conditions, or other operational requirements. Such adjustments may occur without prior notice, and no compensation will be given for changes beyond the Company's control.

由于天气、安全、当地状况或其他运营需要，本公司保留调整行程、住宿、交通安排或路线（包括出发日期）的权利。此类调整可能无法提前通知，对于超出本公司控制范围的变动，恕不提供任何补偿。

If you request changes to your own booking (such as a date change or service upgrade), additional charges may apply based on the relevant supplier's terms.

如您要求更改自己的预订（例如更改日期或升级服务），可能需依相关供应商条款支付额外费用。

5. Flights & Transportation / 航班与交通

Flight schedules, airlines, aircraft types, baggage allowances, and seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.
The Company is not responsible for changes made directly by airlines or transport operators.
Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by the traveller, where applicable.
航班时间、航空公司、机型、行李限额及座位安排均可能由航空公司自行更改，恕不另行通知。
本公司对航空公司或交通营运商直接作出的更改概不负责。
由此产生的任何额外费用，须由旅客自行承担（如适用）。

6. Travel Responsibility / 旅客责任

Each traveller is responsible for their own safety, conduct, and personal belongings during the trip. The Company cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or extra costs resulting from participant actions, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond its control. By joining a tour, participants accept that they do so at their own risk.

旅途中，每位旅客需对自身安全、个人行为及随身物品负责。对于因旅客自身行为、不可预见事件或其他超出本公司控制范围的情况而导致的意外、受伤或额外费用，本公司概不负责。参加本行程即表示旅客了解并接受相关风险。

7. Unused Services / 未使用的服务

No refund will be provided for any unused portion of the tour due to late arrival, missed flights, personal reasons, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to join any included activity.

因迟到、错过航班、个人原因、自愿退出，或未能参加行程中所包含的任何活动而导致的未使用部分，恕不退款。

If a traveller leaves the tour early, no refund will be given. If a traveller arrives before the tour begins or extends their stay afterward, all related arrangements and costs are their own responsibility. Unused flights, accommodation, meals, activities, transportation, entrance fees, or other included services are non-refundable.

如旅客提早离团，恕不退款。如旅客于行程开始前提早抵达，或于行程结束后延长逗留，相关安排及费用须由旅客自行负责。未使用的机票、住宿、餐食、活动、交通、门票或其他行程内所含服务，均不可退款。

8. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents / 护照、签证及旅游文件

All travellers must hold a valid international passport with a minimum of six (6) months' validity from the date of return, and are responsible for obtaining all required visas, vaccination certificates, and other travel documentation for their destination.

所有旅客须持有效国际护照，且有效期须至返程日起计至少六（6）个月，并须自行取得目的地所需的所有签证、疫苗证明及其他旅行文件。

Winson Traventures Ltd is not liable for any costs, losses, delays, or denial of entry arising from invalid, incomplete, or incorrect travel documents, or from failure to meet entry requirements. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Winson Traventures Ltd 对因护照失效、文件不齐全或不正确，或未符合入境规定而导致的任何费用、损失、延误或拒绝入境，概不负责。在此类情况下恕不退款。

9. Travel Insurance / 旅游保险

All participants must purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately once their tour is confirmed. Coverage must include, at minimum:

Medical expenses
Emergency medical evacuation
Trip cancellation and interruption
Flight delays
Baggage and personal belongings

所有参加者须于行程确认后立即购买全面的旅游保险，保障范围至少须涵盖：

医疗费用
紧急医疗撤离
行程取消及中断
航班延误
行李及个人物品

If a traveller becomes unable to join the tour after confirmation due to illness or other reasons, and does not hold suitable travel insurance, any resulting cancellation costs, medical expenses, or other costs are the traveller's own responsibility. Some destinations may also require proof of valid travel insurance before entry.

若旅客于确认出团后因生病或其他原因无法参加行程，而未购买合适的旅游保险，所产生的取消费用、医疗费用或其他相关支出，均须由旅客自行承担。部分目的地亦可能要求出示有效旅游保险证明方可入境。

10. Photography & Marketing / 摄影与宣传

During the tour, photographs and videos may be taken by the Company's tour leaders for promotional use, including on the Company's website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, please inform your tour leader before the tour begins so appropriate arrangements can be made.

行程期间，本公司领队可能会拍摄照片及影片作宣传用途，包括于本公司网站、社交媒体及其他宣传材料上使用。如您不希望出现在任何照片或影片中，请于行程开始前告知领队，以便作出适当安排。

11. Pricing / 价格

All prices are quoted in NZD or USD, as stated in the itinerary or quotation.
The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors or adjust tour prices before booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, tax adjustments, or supplier price revisions.
Once a booking is confirmed and full payment received, the agreed price will generally remain unchanged unless additional services are requested by the traveller.
所有价格以新西兰元（NZD）或美元（USD）报价，详见行程表或报价单。
本公司保留在预订确认前，因汇率波动、燃油附加费、税务调整或供应商价格修订而更正报价错误或调整团费的权利。
预订一经确认并收到全额付款后，所议定的价格一般维持不变，惟旅客要求额外服务者除外。

12. Refund Processing / 退款处理

Approved refunds are normally processed within 14–30 business days via the original payment method. Bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees imposed by financial institutions may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

已批准的退款一般于14至30个工作天内，以原付款方式处理。金融机构收取的银行手续费、交易费或货币兑换费，可能会从退款金额中扣除（如适用）。

13. Accommodation & Room Sharing / 住宿安排及房型

Accommodation is based on twin-sharing unless otherwise stated. Single room upgrades may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability. If a participant chooses to share a room, Winson Traventures Ltd cannot guarantee compatibility between roommates.

住宿安排以双人房为主，除非另有说明。如需升级单人房，须支付额外费用，视供应情况而定。如旅客选择与其他团友同房，Winson Traventures Ltd 将尽力安排，但无法保证室友的生活习惯或个性相容。

14. Group Travel & Participation / 团体旅游规范

Our tours are run in small groups. Participants are expected to respect the tour schedule, local customs, fellow travellers, tour leaders, and suppliers. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively affects the safety, enjoyment, or experience of the group. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

本公司行程以小团形式进行，所有旅客须尊重行程安排、当地文化、其他团友、领队及合作伙伴。若旅客的行为对团体安全、行程运作或其他团友的体验造成负面影响，本公司有权要求该旅客退出行程，且已支付的所有费用恕不退还。

15. Amendments to Terms & Conditions / 条款修订

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the Company's official website shall prevail.

本公司保留随时修订本条款与细则的权利，恕不另行通知。以本公司官方网站上发布的最新版本为准。

16. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions / 同意条款

By booking and paying a deposit for any tour with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

透过本公司预订任何行程并支付订金，即表示您已阅读、理解并完全同意本条款与细则的所有内容。
